Solar System Trolleys

TWT’s solar system trolleys are an innovation for impregnated flat mopping systems. This technology is expected to provide maximum efficiency and hygiene while cleaning floors in environments wherever efficiency in operation matters. These trolleys consist of a miniature delivery pump that is hidden in the trolley. The pump is charged with the help of a 12V battery which is subsequently charged with the small solar panel attached.

The model Solar System 2.1 trolley is manufactured in recycled plastic and is powered with both battery and solar panels as stated above. Hence it can take the benefit of both natural light and artificial light. Equipped with two pumps – one for solution and another for disinfection.

The button at the top of the trolley can be used to control the quantity of solution that is dispensed and there is a feature to program the requirements with the help of software.

This prevents the operator from picking up the mop and positioning it manually in the tray used for impregnation and activating the dispensing lever manually as seen in instant systems.

Solar systems features are mostly incorporated in Opera trolley models as these models offer the most flexibility while in use.

Solar System is GREEN, environmentally friendly: easy for anyone, powered by solar panels, scheduled in the use of the detergent, thus, reducing the consumption of water, chemicals, and energy. BETTER EFFICIENCY: Solar System does not foresee the pre-impregnation of the mops to be used, as the impregnation is instant. It is possible to hook directly the mop and to place it in the tray containing the solution, without touching the mop. SAVING TIME AND ENERGY: Solar System reduces the time of mop replacements’preparation at the beginning. The presence of solar panels permits to increase the autonomy of the trolley, reducing the charging times and energy consumption. BETTER HYGIENE: Floors are always cleaned with uncontaminated mops. The system was in fact designed to prevent dirty water be moved between different environments or departments. The cleaner or disinfectant is dispensed immediately before use, in order to maintain its properties unaltered.
